After many years I listened to this album again today... thoroughly unimpressed. It's annoying, very dated sounding, corny as f*ck...kind've like this song. Weird that I LOVE almost everything Brian Eno did around this time and I totally see the comparisons in work but nope...not the same or nearly as good. I'm going to retire this one permanently.

I was 14 when this came out- the first David Bowie video I'd ever seen, & I was mesmerized beyond belief. I grew up in a very tiny, very white bread town, & I'd never seen anyone so fascinating, so unique. The music blew me away, & this video literally opened a whole new world to me.
I've been a HUGE Bowie fan ever since- he is undeniably a musical genius, I own everything he's ever done. And yes, it does'nt hurt that he's so incredibly HOT!!!!!
David had big heroin issues at this time. The Berlin trilogy: Low, Heroes, and Lodger were great albums despite his problem.
