Wow, forget her dad, I'm jealous. I love avocados so to have a tree, especially that big, would be great ! Looks like a lot of avocados will be harvested. Where do you live, how old is the tree and what kinda avocado tree is it?

@iSmokeLikeBobMarley Ha ha ha... I live in North Queensland -sub-tropical humid climate-. I'm not sure how old the tree is because it was this big already when I moved here -except for the branches, the previous owner heavily pruned the poor tree and almost had no leaves at all. (You don't prune an avocado tree)-.

And about what kind of avocados are, I'm not sure. They're definitely not Hass avocados, as they are pretty big -about 20 cms. each-, with green, shiny and smooth skin and large peep.

@Nannaroo17 yes you can prune avocado plants. Some people buy already pruned plants so they don't grow too big. Check out growquest channel. Lot of good info. I will be buying an avocado plant but I will have to prune it to keep it shorter but it will be more bushy. I wish I had your tree though!

Lo que hemos hecho en años anteriores, cuando el árbol estaba más pequeño, anteriores ha sido regalarlos a los vecinos.

Pero si este año tenemos muchos, muchos, los vamos a vender.
