Morrowind is a bigger game with more stuff to do and you actually need a brain to play it but you cant compare morrowinds graphics and engine to skyrims since it's 10 years older(even with mods that bring high res textures and mge).

Great games... But iv never seen a list of great pc games without seeing the original halflife and few without half life 2.
