Some friends and I saw them at the 9:30 club in D.C. during this time opening for Son Volt. They kicked ass and then Son Volt came out and...well...they were just too laid back. We left after two songs. I'll never forget Alejandro calling his drummer the "Mexican Keith Moon"!
