Uh, guys? The old man isn't smashed, or chewing tobacco. That sort of speech is indicative of someone who's had a stroke in the past. Clarity of speech can be extremely hard to regain after a stroke, so you get a slur or something akin.

In NY, a group called City Harvest rescues leftovers from restaurants to feed human beings in need. (I imagine there's more waste in Las Vegas than the homeless could use, so I'm not finding fault with this recycling process) However, if you have a food service business, please check for local charities that can make good use of the food you can't use.
