if you look in the description in the sidebar to the right of the video, click "more info" and there should be a link for the eyelash brushes. once that page is open, there should be a link that says "download" click that.

Ah, I just found out how, you have to go to preferences > folders > brushes > find your brushes to import.

Just a tip for some people: Sometimes a black eye liner will look a little too dark, even after the blur so remember you can adjust the opacity.

I'm running GIMP via X11 on mac. So don't know how to get the dowloaded eyelashes into GIMP. nevermind, I'll do without.

PC: they should be in a zip file. open the file and click "extract all items". then go to your gimp file, you may have to look around for it i dont remember where it is. once you open that, go to the brushes folder. then drag and drop all the files you extracted from the zip file into that folder.

if you would like they eyelashes to look longer and more realistic, it is best to download and use the brushes. however, there is a method that i know of where you use just a regular brush but it is much much harder and it doesn't turn out as well. if you would like, i could message it to you.

that is one massive downside to eyelash brushes. you cannot rotate them. so i would suggest maybe looking for a download with angled eyelashes... if you can! sorry about that!

well you can use whatever color you want... except white doesnt work well with eyeshadow using this method. here's what i suggest you do: add a new layer and set the layer mode to "saturation" then chose white as your color. with the paintbrush tool, color white where you want the eyeshadow. then play with the opacity til it's how you want it and then do the gaussian blur. this method works really well for white eye shadow. hope this helps! :)

i'm sorry, but you can't angle the brush. i know its annoying. you could try looking up some eyelash brushes that are angled that you can download.
