And isn't there an issue of free speech if the candidate actually WANTS PEOPLE TO KNOW that he is a D or an R?

And, assuming that the government did decide to dispense with the first ammendment, couldn't the candidates just use a code, like using D or R as their middle initial.

And wouldn't your system give an unfair advantage to people who are famous, like pro wrestlers?

I think the problem would be that people would figure out what party each person is in anyways.. but I do agree with Jesse, but I wish there was a real solution to fix the corrupted parties.
