Since no one ever shows a how to video I will try to explain how to you. I had to do hrs of research, its easier than it looks. 1. you need to use the active sync software that came with your phone pair with your computer. 2. Find a website with blogs that give you downloads. 3. simply download but save to desk top, This makes things much easier. 4. w/ activsync on, open the folder that is your phone. drag it in. unplug the phone and look for the program in the programs folder of your phone.

OK.I finally got a video on what to type in to download on google. just go to google video and type sprint mogul and find the video starting with the iphone slide unlock it tells you what to type in google to find that feature.

What version of pocketcm are you using?

switch button 5 hold to voice speed dial, and then make button 5 regular touch flo. that way you don't have to hold the button to get touchflo.
