He looks good. but how good was his competition. he is a beast on the ground but when he gets to the ufc level. if he takes it there we will see how good he really is.. hopefully they don't try to get him silva
@deathdealerpresident well he's trained multiple fighters in the ufc, silva not being one of them but forrest being one, and foreest is a great fighter all around. and he is a professional grappler, and he is a champion of some of the biggest grappling contests in the world. (grapplers quest, abu dhabi) so I think he would do just fine on the ground in a pro fight
