But she was going to get one as the doctor had told her it would improve her voice (Fin had previously broken he rnose whilst at booty camp) and Quinn went with Rachel as Rachel wanted her nose more like Quinns, they sang this song toegther to show how they were both insecure with themselves in some way or form (I.e Lucy Caboosy for Quinn and Rachel's nose).
