OMG!!! This train is soooo amazing! I've seen a lot of Christmas Trains before and this one is spectacular! The detail is unmatched and facilitates the true magic of a small town Christmas. Thank you for sharing your passion with the rest of us, know that it truly appreciated. Merry Christmas to all!
I live in Diboll but, work in Livingston. I own a large collection of HO scale trains and we are thinking about doing something similar for Diboll folks. Love the display I come by every year.
We have about 45 "structures" . We had nearly a hundred houses, but we've reduced the number by getting more elaborate items, many of which are animated.
We had about 170' of track. We are adding a new main line (120') and another train. We will have 4 trains running on 2 main lines plus the "mountain" line and the trolley.
Last year we had just over 1,900 visitors.
Visit us on Facebook: "Livingston Christmas Train Village" for videos, photos and sched.
Really awesome! What are the statistics of the village? How many village pieces, feet of track etc? How many people come to see it, and how many days are you open each year?
Thanks for the reply Aquila 43, The 2009 videos brilliant love to see the 2010 in situ but as i live in the UK will have to do with the Videos, keep up the good work, the people of Livingston are very lucky.

Thanks for the nice comment. So glad you liked our Village. We only have one trolley. It's from K-Line.
