I've listened to six different females singing this tonight. This young woman is THE BEST of all I heard. All the others were women over 20. They were not 1/2 as good as Jaycie Ward is. She really needs to be on America's Got Talent. She DOES have talent! WOW. I want to travel to SC to see her sing in person. I'd pay for a ticket. She is GREAT!!!!!!!!!

@MrSkylark1 Jaycie is now 13 years old and she has a powerful voice and she doesnt sing with her chest. She has amazing crystal clear vocal chords and she has just released her first original christmas song, It's Christmas evrywhere you should look it up. Jaycie is my best friend and she is gonna go far with her singing. She isnt perfect but is still good and just think she sounds amazing without a computerized voice unlike alot of famous people who are nothing but computer voices. Thank you.

However, as a professional, you must also know that children this age have a completely different way of singing than adults and, with training and time, she will develop that "Head Voice", probably in her teens. In the meantime, Jaycie, you sound AMAZING! Keep on doing what you do and give God the glory.

Please visit and listen to Deanna Durbin, Gloria Jean and Bobby Breen as "children" singing in films on You Tube. All were "excellent" singers, properly trained. The Biblical prerogativel is to "Play SKILLFULLY upon the Harp." Logic would have it, that it applies to the Voice as well. The public naively accepts "enhanced" electronics as being quality.

We did this song last year for choir, it was awesome!! Actually I got one of the solo parts, and all of us did awesome!!! It was beautiful!!! But its different than this version...not so much sliding...and we sang right. But I'm not saying she sounds bad, she has a good voice. But I don't think this song is her cup of tea.
