Actually, just an FYI for those arguing the actress/actor thing--the "correct" term nowadays is "actor" for males and females; it's being used as a gender neutral/PC term. Sort of like how stewards/stewardesses are called Flight Attendants. Like it or hate it, that's how our language has evolved.
Well, I think it goes without saying--Lil' Rudy ain't little anymore! She certainly has, without question, made a dramatic transformation from being a "cute" child star to alluring young woman. I don't see any probelm with her playing this role.
People, the term actor has been used for both males and females for years. They used to say "actress" more, but they've stopped in the last few years. So nobody used the wrong term in this video.
KKP is freakin super smart got a phd and she still acted in some movies and tvshows while studying and preparing her doctorial papers for presentation to the board. she is also super hot...damn..she has grown up a lot.
i was referring to the fact that he called her an actor gosh people chill out already. as in shes an actress not actor do i got to explain it any more. sh*t
To walkinthefloor: Ummm...actually, ever since about the 1990's or so, some people have considered it more "politically correct" or something to say "actor" for both genders. (Personally I still prefer "actresses" to say for female actors, and yeah, I might giggle a little when somebody calls a female an "actor", but it's...kinda the usual thing to say, these days. I'm just old-fashioned, I guess. ^_^ But I do sometimes say "actors" when I mean a group of actors, males and females among them.
I think it's okay to call her an actress OR an actor. Either way is fine. And I believe that the people who were arguing have already quit, and left. But...I do sometimes argue too much myself, so...I'll certainly bear your suggestions in mind! ^_^
I guess Jessicaaaaaaa (wow, lots of a's!) thought that walkinthefloor meant, thought she was an actress, not a prostitute, when actually walkinthefloor meant, thought she was an actress, not an actor.
(I did think it was a bit weird that the video was labeled "Cosby Show Rudi Turns Into a Prostitute for Tyler Perry" [putting it that way does give it some unfortunate/unnecessary implications!]. Guess someone was trying to be either shocking or funny. Or maybe both.)
I loved how good her acting was in this movie

you cant force anyone in doing something they don't want to do, if she didn't want to do it, she wouldn't have

Tyler Perry is a liar. He forced her into thinking it will make her a popular star afterall, sex sells.
