this can come out only with technological revolution.
having the taps and no one knows a thing about theyr maintenance would be even worse situation.
But for many people, for too many is more important to forget we climbed from such status on a ladder of corpses.
European corpses, i mean.
Is really necessary to spend money in fights for who should take care of this issue?

@ARiceFan17 if it hits home than how did u afford a computer and if u do live in america you've never experienced this and it doesnt hit sloes to home since places like this are thousands of miles away from any technologically advanced countries
