  • How suggestible is he?

I attempted invisibility with one of my friends, and while he was responding to everything else, this was the only suggestion that didn't stick.

  • Gay guys helping eachother thats all...

  • crazy :D ! lot it

  • nice job mate, ive been doing hypnosis for about 4 months yet, but i havent tried positive hallucination yet, got any tips? :D

  • are you willing to swear on your mums life this isn't fake?

  • haha if it was fake. Its because Eric was lying to me

  • @4beerstime I thought it was fake at first, however his reactions are very realistic. It would be hard to act in such a manner.

  • i worry that say i did this to my mate would i be insisvable each time my hands clap and if so how do you remove that suggestion?

  • @faye921 to remove the suggestion you put them back under hypnosis and say "deeper and deeper, now everything is going to go back to normal, you will be able to see me again, i will not be invisible, you will see me normally as if nothing had happened,

  • is his mom like cooking something in the background

  • its just an expectancy induction. if the subj. believes he'll enter trance when the pen falls, he will

  • thats pretty cool. Ive never thought about the pen drop before. sounds liek somthing fun to try.

  • that was funny!

  • haha is he still slightly tranced during this? He seems really sluggish

  • oh yeah

    He's deeply in trance

  • lol little girl singing! SO cute!

  • did you get this idea of darren brown. Also you are a god at them moment i'm training in hypnosis and have managed to do one sucsessful induction so far it was my 11th try but i did it, are there any tips you could give me. I know confidence is a big part and so is the set up but is there more in detail things thst could help me.

  • No this wasn't a Derren brown Idea.

Practice and observation. That's all i can realy say. Get a video course of some kind if you can

  • that was good im in training my self that was good

  • You are very gifted.

    Blessed Be,

    Karla

  • Why are you torturing your sweet brother like that?!

    -KAS

  • He thought it was funny...

    ..afterwards

  • Charlie, is your mate wearing an Arsenal shirt?

  • I dont think so man

  • awesome ....How much time can you leave them in a trance ? When do they figure it out?

  • He knew the whole time.

And how long depends on the conditions. If they're uncomfortable they'll emerge sooner than they would if they were on a bed

  • I think we might have done it before.

So he wasn't that confused because he knew it was just a hallucination

  • is this actually real?

  • I get that question far too much for my liking.

    But yeah this is real.

I wouldn't waste my time putting up something fake.

It's not like hypnosis videos ever get featured. And I'm not really into internet fame anyway.

  • Eric: "Hey man, stop messin' with my mind!"

  • Awesome akaCharlieG !

Thats one of the best I've ever seen.

What happened with the basketball at the end?

Do you think the trance state had expired or the post hypnotic suggestion was not embedded enough?

    Cheers

    Lee

  • I think it was gravity. He just twists his hand over :)

  • I used to do this with my nephew years ago. Funnier is then to have him put the same post hyp suggestion in me, then trigger both, then play hide and seek, or westling, etc, funny as.

    Brian

    NZ

  • hahah I did that a week after I put this video up.

I'm on a soccer team with this guy and I was playing goal, as he was going off for a break i fired the trigger and I could hear him yelling "guys why don't we have a goalie?!"

    I love hypnosis

  • You are in the goal, he come towards you, you make a gesture, his trigger kicks in and he sees an open ungarded goal, at the moment the ball leaves his foot the trigger switches him back to normal and the ball is heading for an easy save lol.

  • Why how did you make he do this?

  • This is good, I've been researching online to learn some hypnosis. This is one of the best videos I've seen, Thanks akaCharlieG. Also the little random comments questions session has given me some ideas so if ShinyDanFilms ever reads this thanks too.

  • Absolutely brilliant :)

  • If you follow these pointers *last reply* you will very unlikely encounter abnormal behavior.

Do however start with slow inductions (Dave Elman, Eye Fixation) because abnormal behavior is triggered in deep levels of "trance" slow incremental deepening allows you to spot changes in physiology (such as slowly getting nervous, quicker breathing). If you see that occur bring them back up (or lighten the trance a bit).

But don't worry too much, it's rather rare!

  • abreactions can occur. You need to get through to these people BE FIRM AND IN CONTROL! And count them back.

Abnormal reaction usually only occur in people that are mentally unstable. There for as a non-clinical hypnotist, you should always say in your pre-talk: "People that are NOT drunk and in FULL physical and mental health and want to experience this wonderful phenomena can step forward. Eventhough Hypnosis is 100% safe but the excitement could trigger health probs. and we want it to be fun.

  • Hi akaCharlieG I really love the fact that you actually put down a warning about practicing hypnosis.

Indeed hypnosis itself is 100% safe (we all do it every day) but they might flop over and hurt themselves (specially by rapid/shock inductions) also suggestion do need to be put correctly and removed before suggesting a new suggestion (or stack them correctly) and ethics!.

In my training health and safety covers the biggest part.

    Induction is the easiest part.

    GOOD STUFF!

  • thanks!

  • No no questions are good don't worry.

I have not seen an abreaction, but from what i hear, it can be scary enough that it will throw you off, and you almost forget what to do. But I just remember the words "the scene fades and you tend to your breathing"

  • Learn about abreactions before your first inductions, and study every danger possible.

If you are nervous, they will be nervous.

  • lol interesting :p, nice victim

  • interestingly enough he's the only other magician I know in my area

  • This is amazing, well done! i have always had trouble inducing hallucination, so i am very impressed by this, keep it up and please keep posting more hypnosis videos!

  • that was amazing, how long have you been practicing and how long did you study for before you first tried it on someone

  • Ummm...To tell you the truth I've only been studying about 4 or 5 months, but people tell me I'm a fast learner so I don't know. I had been in a trance about 6 times (doing simple things like muscle catalepsy and arm rising and falling and such) before I figured out enough to successfully induce someone else. But I hadn't learned about adverse reactions or any of the dangers. So I would advise looking into that before you do your first induction.

  • did you put yourself into the trance or listen/watch to trance vids/audios, quick question, could i possibly refer to you for any questions as i study this thing further? (im obviously gonna look into the safety side of it before my induction :P)

  • I might recommend talking to one of the pros on yt, like KC2XL, because they are happy to give advice. But I'll help you out with what I understand

As far as how I started...Somebody at my school took a video course and studied over the summer. He lent me a copy of the Omnihypnosis training center course and I've just learned from there.

  • ah cool ill look into this Omnihypnosis thing :)
