when i opened it the 8 or 9th time

my clutch cover broke in two pieces and the clutch was ground down and my trans-mission gear keys broke. i was just was riding, the sucker on a nice cali day and then it broke. i had to pedel it all to way home it sucked

yeah that one broke. All of the straight cut gear trans break. I wont sell them anymore. the flat cut trans has the JL on the side,,, fuck its loud.! ***MUTE WHEW... The angle cut trans is not as loud and has a rounded stamped clutch bell that will not warble itself in two. The chinese fakatrees have no kung fu skills. They copy....

one question. after you start the bike and you come to a stop say at a redlight. do you have to pull in the clutch handle to just idle and not move or is the clutch handle just used for start up
