This is truly an amazing place. Me and my wife just got back from a mediterranean vacation and other than Egypt, by far, Athens was the most beatiful place we visit. If you're watching the video trying to make up your mind to set the destination, don't waste your time. Athens is THE destination. Nice video!

@NewYorkCityUSA7 Yes , I was in the Air Force during the viet nam era . I could have been sent to a combat zone . I was fortunate to have stayed out of harms way.I was stationed at Tanagra Air Base ( remote ) about 60 miles north of Athens.Ironically the first G.I. that I met at Hellicon air base as I in-processed was from my high school back home. We hung out the whole year together. It was cool to be so far from home with someone from home. I Didn't really know him before that . nvrsawagn.
I wish i could live in Ancient Greece!
