  • I never seen this game.

  • Why is it that in Japanese media (anime, games and so on) and sci-fi have to show the "gals" like porn stars dressed up for a xxx video?

  • @etiscool1 No different from female superheroes in American comics being scantly clad as well...lol

  • 0:13 time machine make bad guy happy in pants

  • So Richard Branson did come from the future..... that explains everything!!!

  • WOW she's beautiful! i haven't even heard of this!

  • @Sangohan404

    more like 25 years before...

  • @realcatgirllover I meant : 10 years before the Mega-CD version.

  • I heard that she was modeled after Lum Invader from Urusei Yatsura

  • They should've made a anime on this. Thar would be awesome

  • this actually looks cool! i would have liked to see an anime or something...the evading scenes look nice!

  • The music = an epic inspiration to me. :)

  • what a lame video game

  • @irio333 It's a shit game. Let's face it pressing one of four buttons at the right time or die sucks. It would be better just to watch it as a video.

  • @irio333 It is not!

  • This game is better than Dragon's Lair, I played it on Sega CD a long time ago. Not exactly a game, but more like heavy rain or RE's event button presses.

  • Best sega CD game off all time

  • Luda is a fucking hero.

  • i hate sega cd time gal i dontknow what button t pus to do the time stop it's completely random

  • 懐かしいです。あの日に帰りたい。

  • Was this from the Sega CD game?

  • No...

  • This game was awesome. I think I like it better than Dragon's Lair.

  • I thought that this video was going to show Time Gal's "opening".

  • lol k

  • I remember playing 'Space Ace' & 'Dragon's Lair,' even a bit of 'Brain Dead 13,' but I don't recall trying 'Time Gal.'

The button & joystick-based gameplay, in reaction to the on-screen flashes, seems to be very similar.

  • That's, perhaps, because the original arcade "Time Gal" LD game, as well as the Mega LD port for the Pioneer LaserActive with the Sega Mega Drive PAC released 10 years later, was never released anywhere outside of Japan.

In North America, the game was localized and ported to the Sega CD by the long-defunct Renovation Games software company.

  • i wonder about the time sequence though, when the clock stops and gives you 5 secs, are you suppose to put in some kind of button sequence?

  • No, you're supposed to pick a choice of what to do.

  • She looks like Yuri from Dirty Pair! =D

  • I've always thouhgt she looks like Lamu from Lum/Lamu now I think she is a mixture of both

  • Holy shit, you're right.

  • @psychoticanimosity Id dirty HER pair, if you know what I mean.

  • And they say School Days is the first interactive anime game... Wow, I'm impressed! I want to play this!

  • I remember playing this! I MISS IT SOOO MUCH!!! I still can't get over getting so far and then getting 'game over'd before I could beat it!(had to return it to the video store and never got a chance to rerent it!) Til this day that STILL bugs me! X8

  • LOL i remeber this game lol

hahah 2001 had flying robots lol

  • Time Gal rocks! I love this game! And she's hot too!

  • this needs to be in daphne emulator! i want to play this game! here's hoping it does happen!

  • was the ROM board dumped? I don't know...

maybe just get the Saturn or Playstation import? they are pretty much perfect...

  • uhm... plus it's a completely different genre, aiming at audience with completely different taste. D:

  • Okay, what the hell?

  • Was this an Anime-TV Show or something?

  • uhm no. for more info search "Interactive movie" or "Laserdisc video game" on Wikipedia or Google.

  • That was a game for the Sega CD

  • The Mega CD/Sega CD version is actually a port of the arcade original. shame the port suffered so much from the Sega CD's bad video codec(early Cinepak).

  • wow classic

  • Wow it's like a game of pure fan service.

  • Do you even know what "fan service" means? aside from the scantly clad chick, I didn't saw any of it, sorry (-__-)...
