I am in full support of Mr Bunker and Mr Minton and all they do. However, I see this buffer line as a reasonable edict from a jurisdiction that needs to be able to direct its attentions to the tens of thousands of other citizens from time to time. Its a tad obnoxious to march around buses like the walls of jericho when being 10 feet away accomplishes the same thing without ratcheting up the tension. Mr Mintons own rules = "be nice. Be polite.
