im not ccompletly sure dude i just know its posible so you just have to calm your self down if you have played you would know there is not cheats in runescape so........ and if you mean by 100863772 then thats not posible so.... but im prity sure you mean sepret levels so you realy got to calm down.
@raiikou1 You get your magic drained idoit some pots and drinks will lower other some and raise others. Also if your wareing certain things it will lower magic. if its low enough it will always splash. under your skills it will say number/number the first number is your skill curently the 2nd is your max. also some mobs will lower magic and stuff. so fuck off troll
@raiikou1 first of all there is no cheats in this game. second of all i know why this is happeing no need to be a fool. i will explain this in a quick way. get magic leveal to 0 with will make the spell or what ever splash cuasing no damage. theres no hacks/cheats in runescape i can tell you have never played this game because if you did you would have known also the word "noob" is in no way affensive becuase it means that your a beginer or novice with im not so yah.

o yea so how do you get magic to lvl 0 noob, i got lvl 100 86 37 72 noob they all have over 5
