i think he said nothing about controlling things with midi, he said about changing signal to midi patterns which are then synthetized with roland, gt-10 cant do that... i know he said "no midi capabilities" but he ment this for sure :)

The VG-99 gets it's signal from a GK midi pickup, allowing the user to change tunings and to use synth sounds. The Gt-10 is an amp modeling processor with no midi capabilities.
