Hey there. Excellent video. I have a desire and I'm sick to the teeth of it. Are you running the Samsung rom or is this rooted? I too have launcher pro and think it's the best app for Android IMO. I love the speed your getting which is something I'm not getting from the desire. Very informative video.

@rockythepain Press the MENU button, go to into Settings/Applications/Manage Applications, press the MENU button and click Filter, then select All, then scroll to the bottom of the list till you reach the T's and select "TwLauncher" scroll to the "Launch by default" menu and select "Clear defaults. Tap the home button and you should be able to select LauncherPro, ADW Launcher TwLauncher and etc, and choose which ever you want to set as your default. Hope this helps. Lataz. - dRoPs

how does this work? just launch the program launcher pro and you get this great user interface? do you have to open the program everytime you reboot phone?

@Roybenz1 Download Launcher Pro, once it installs, hit the home button on ur phone and it will ask you as to whether you want to open home with TouchWiz or LauncherPro, before clicking LauncherPro, check the option that will make it default for you.
