Their support staff is nonexistent and if you check the Account Support forum you'll see many posts about people either not getting the game after they're charged the $27 or people that have had Premium status, losing it and not hearing anything back from the UNLISTED support ticket system, or the UNLISTED help@mojang.com. Some have been waiting for a response for several months!
