This is better than the Doors at least instrumentally. This band wails, and the Doors screech with the high pitched organ on every song. Also, Jim Morrison was overrated. Soft White Underbelly should have been recorded and preserved for history, as Arthur Lee's band, Love, was preserved. All my life I've heard how great the Doors are from people like Oliver Stone. Love and Soft White Underbelly were much better bands, who never got their just due.
