  • hey buddy BrandonK001 , can you kindly tell me where is it better to stay (1) at uni campuses or (2) alone in the town houses in city ?

  • Oh yes.. so appropriately matched me with the roommate of my dreams...on my survey i apparently requested a dirty, ignorant, roommate that stinks like BO and doesn't understand english...I coulda sworn i requested quiet and clean, but maybe that was just a dream...

  • @smitty32786 Our regrets you had such a negative experience with your assigned roommate. Sometimes despite best efforts, people can mis-represent themselves on their application.

Did you take the opportunity to speak with one of the residence life assistants about this concern? They do make an effort to help change living arrangements in some cases.

  • I believe you can save around $1800 a year by living in the town houses right accross the street from campus. Not to mention you can have guests stay over whenever. Although the social aspect of Rez is quite good.

  • expensive... rules are getting worse every year!

  • Expensive? Way cheaper than the $1000 I pay a month for rent half-way across the city. Plus power, water, energy, phone, internet, cable. Oh yeah, and when we have loud neighbours at 2:00am there are no R.A.s around to shut them up.
