well u have to squeeze your inner thighs and really pull up in your abs. and when you do that, try to turn out more. if u need more help reply. im always there to help. :)

think of your arches as bridges or tunnels--putting more weight on the little toe and outside edge of your foot keeps your "tunnel" from collapsing. as does lifting the said "tunnel" and making sure your weight is placed over your foot correctly :-)

Aw, I'm just grateful you guys and gals are doing this! I remember in the 1970s there was a "ballet boom" and companies were springing up all over the place. I lived in NYC and used to see the Joffrey Ballet at the City Center. I will always miss them.

They are all so good! The first variation I ever learned was the female variation from the Tchaikovski pas de deux. There may have been a more creative name for it, but I can't remember. Hahaha.
