I agree with djpuffycube, yes you do have the right of way because you have green, but just because you do..doesn't mean just keep going, thats have you get into accidents. they even teach you in driving school that just because you have the right of way doesn't mean just go for it. yes I agree the other car was a bad driver...but so were you here

One is the parking lane and one is the driving lane. You are required by law to turn into your nearest lane (Parking Lane) then change lanes into the driving lane. He was clearly in the parking lane. If he had cut into your driving lane while you were in it then yes he is a bad driver. The video does not show it therefore there are 2 Lanes and you fail.

Happened to me once. The guy did a right turn on a red light (It's legal, but I had my green arrow) and we both turned into a two lane street but he turned in the left lane, which was mine. I pressed the horn a bit and at the next red light he was showing me his middle finger :P What a turd.

yeah this happens alot in albuquerque as well! idiot car had a redlight as you had the green arrow and green light! people dont seem to look across them to see if they have the green arrow! love the dash cams because it does come in handy though people still blame us when its clearly them!
around the area i work people are retarded and ignore the "no left turn during 12pm to 6pm" signs and will block a lane of traffic up. Or people who park in handicap spaces always park all fucking crooked taking up 2 spaces.
