Omg... Sony is laughing at this. No one ever bothers to think about all of the horrible things that are wrong with Kinect. Things like the fact that it's limited to two players, has no feedback whatsoever, all Kinect games will be Kinect Required ( Never Kinect COMPATIBLE), it only has hollow games that will only ever sell because "OMG! It's fucking Kinect", forces you to stand up (problems distinguishing between knees and shoulders when sitting down), and is the PS2 EyeToy. Duh.

@weirddudeonice - 8m Kinects sold to retail, 6-7m est in homes according to analysts, I seriously doubt Sony are laughing. It is limited to 2 player for full body tracking only, up to 4 for upper body or hands only (Move is limited to 4 Move devices, hence 4 player with 1 wand each only, the rest is 2 player). Kinect works WITH the controller too, hence adds options to core games, it's not a requirement. Standing is ONLY needed for full body tracking (final Kinect has no knee/shoulder problems).

All it does is shows u from camera to TV nothing else with special effects to perfectly fit in the game. Its nothing amazing and BTW in racing games controller wuld be more preferable.

oh men i have kinect its ok, not amazing but fun! cuz there are no proper games to play except stupid sports and adventures . And the hand control is crappy it flashes and does not work properly.It odes not pick up properly and u may think its on time but move proven picks up movements faster than kinec that means that kinect does not pick up movements as quickly as u wuld expect. But its quite fun not bad nothing 'high tech' OMG. people have u actually realised all it is is the camera.

they need to make games that primarily use the standard controller, and have kinect for small simple stuff. for example- make an fps that u play with the controller like normal, but also lets u control ur squad with hand gestures and voice commands.

I know move is better then the wii, but its really not all that different. kinect is way simpler, u just set it in front of ur tv, and ur done. I know it lags a bit, but that doesn't bother me. @Redintruser USB ;) + external power. The new Xbox 360 has the Kinect power supply in the console. The old X360 consoles using the USB for the Kinect camera + and external power supply.

The new Kinect is way different than a Playstation 2 Eye Toy motion sensor. it is capable of much more. For instance the Xbox Kinect is able to detect body motion in 3D.
