can everyone please get over the fact that she's only wearing one shoe? YES, ONE SHOE. If you were a dancer, you would realize that she turns on the foot with the shoe, and lands her jumps on the foot without it. many amazing dancers like herself do that to avoid slipping, & being able to turn. It doesn't show any weakness at all. Turning barefoot comes with time, it's not something that just happens, especially at a competition. It was an amazing dance regardless, and everyone should enjoy it.

@t0o0a0s0t thats probably her turning foot, wearing a shoe can be easier to turn for some dancers. Or I could be wrong but it seems that she turns on that foot for the dance.

@Ndfdancer18 Quite possibly because she was wearing it on her "turning foot." I do that with my foot paws because I like to have grip on one foot, but be able to pivot on the other.

Dancers usually wear one shoe on the foot that they do the majority of their turns on, it doesn't mean the other foot is weak, its just their more comfortable foot. Most competitions you'll see dancers with only one shoe on. & they usually land their leaps, jumps, and etc with the foot without the shoe, to keep them from sliding or anything.

shes an amazing dancer but i think she either have 2 shoes or no shoes..... it makes it look like she cant turn without shoes so the may think the shoe on 1 foot shows her other side is weak but still an amazing dance

it helps with landing jumps...and turning...after landing a big jump you could slip with shoes on...and when she landed most of her jumps she landed on the foot with no shoe....

that was a very beautiful dance. i love the idea of a voice over, and it wasn't too much. just enough to set the point of thought, and it compliments the music well. wonderful dancer as well, beautiful technique, beautiful beautiful beautiful!! a lot of turns and "tricks" but still amazingly beautiful. good job briana!!
