Butler looks a little more stressed with Flatley than with Dunne. With Dunne, she gives a great big grin at the end, but here she hardly ever smiles. Did she and Flatley have a bad working relationship or something?

This version is still my favorite. The best Riverdance pair.

I know Colin Dunne was also wonderful as the lead, but I Flately had charism, & made it look *fun* in ways Dunne didn't. Flately's other dance partners have been amazing, but Jean's steps are so graceful, more ethereal than any dancer Flately's paired with since, & she made it look so easy.

When they were on stage together, it was breathtaking.
