It's good to see this. Maybe we are waking up from the superstition of the past and moving forward.

I had cancer last year. Religion, prayer and superstition didn't get me through it. Good doctors, science and brand new drug therapies did.

Keep religion out of government, and thank god for science!

I think he's hoping to prolong life, makeup. The hereafter will certainly come to us all. Meanwhile, we have many gifts to enjoy, including logic & reason. I think Krugman wishes we'd use these, in particular, more vigorously. My God doesn't fear this. Does yours?
