Yes, there is, if you have earned any money, you are required to pay income tax (as I said in a previous post). To do so, you have to calculate and file the forms to verify if you paid too much or not enough (thanks to politicians who made the tax code coplicated). The law is Section 6151 of the code, 26 U.S.C. § 6151, and section 6012(a) of the code, 26 U.S.C. § 6012(a) and you can look it up.

Here is the law: Title 26
Section 1, imposes the tax
Section 61 defines Gross income
Section 63 defines Taxable income.
Section 6012 requires you to file a tax return if you have income of more than the exemption amount, and
Section 6151 requires you to pay the tax at the time and place fixed for the filing of your return.

Constitution was archived shortly after the 1846 treaty via President Lincoln along with the states constitutions. We have been in Martial Law for 150 years, in order to apply executive orders you have to be in a state of emergency thus martial law. The over all point is most Americans are not legally binded to pay income tax what so ever, and income tax if payed has no positive out come in your daily life its not used pay for any services like construction, transportation etc....... it goes directly into the FEDS pocket like a Christmas bonus a making wealthy people more wealthy

Yes, there is, if you have earned any money, you are required to pay income tax (as I said in a previous post). To do so, you have to calculate and file the forms to verify if you paid too much or not enough (thanks to politicians who made the tax code coplicated). The law is Section 6151 of the code, 26 U.S.C. § 6151, and section 6012(a) of the code, 26 U.S.C. § 6012(a) and you can look it up.

actually the law goes you only have to pay income tax, only in gain in other lawful activities example, if you make $20,000 a year you cannot be taxed, but if you took and of that 20,000 and flipped let say the stock market and gained like $5000 they can tax you on that.

paying federal income taxes is voluntary, basically. that money is siphoned through the IRS to the Federal Reserve - which is NOT FEDERAL & NOT A RESERVE - but a PRIVATELY OWNED CORPORATION whose ONLY objective is to MAXIMIZE PROFITS for THEMSELVES. the Fed is owned by a handful of FILTHY RICH BANKSTERS! you are mistaken. you should read the court case BOWERS v. KERBAUGH-EMPIRE CO. 1926, that russo mistakenly uses. it says specifically that a tax on labor is included, lawful, and constitutional.
