For that movie he was already big, but Sylvester had him on a VERY STRICT diet and a RIGOROUS workout routine.

There ARE people who don't cheat their way to the top. And I strongly believe that he's one of these people. Not to mention he was a world class martial arts champion, and I think he would have been stripped of his titles and everything.
