No, I mean here, in Holland (Europe). Holland is for a large part below sea level, but protected against flooding by dykes. But with typhoons like they have in the Philippines, I don't think we would survive for very long.

Thank God for U.S. Navy. People may say negative things about America, and I have said plenty myself, but we do help in crisis. We, us that are American citizens, should take pride in our military and country more often!

it says U.S. navy but all the video showed were the filipino army. perhaps its a us military base but with only filipinos? basically i'm saying that america won't necessarily help unless it makes them look good. and no one's lives were in danger so less help was provided. (speculation)

I didn't see any clips of the US Navy in this video. All I saw were was Filipino army throwing around bags.

I'm not going to ignore that the US Navy provided 28,128 20-ounce bottles of water and 9,060 pounds of rice for the effort before leaving, but you should be thanking other nonprofit organizations before the US Navy.

After spending an enlistment in the US Navy myself, I'd like to remind everyone here that the US military is the most destructive military force known to man right now...

Ketsana is it's international name. Locally (in the Philippines) the storm is called Ondoy.
