Yeah its so realistic... I remember being shot clean in the head and surviving it. Then kneeled down and had a medic to patch me up while I returned fire, killing the one that got my head. Another fun thing was when I tried out the Asian Tank in the editor against ordinary infantry. I noticed that they fired at the tank with their rifles and got my feet, so I turned to third person and saw that my feet were sticking out of the chassis o.O
