They used to perform Mask from Iggy Pop's Beat'em up quite a lot around that time so you can't really say that they didn't deserve getting the award from that rotten piece of punk crooner. Not sure however if Iggy knew that the band existed as the facts were that HIM hadn't played any gigs in the States yet.

In an interview, when asked what was the most rocknroll thing that happened to Ville, he said recieving an award from Iggy POp, whos one of his music idols.... so this must be it... so frickin rad...
