When you think it sounds complete... Trust me when I say this - Finishing a beat as a whole is probably the hardest thing for beginners, I've only been making beats for 2 years and a half years and only really started making decent stuff now.

I've found that song structure itself is easy(Placing the actual instruments/sounds) but for me I've had a difficult time really deciding "what goes with what" I guess I've always made everything too complicated, Keep it simple!!
