My longsword is True Devil Slicer and this quest is High Rank, not G-Rank.

i can't get a devil slicer because i need kirin thunder tail, i already hammered two kirins and i don't recieve any thunder tails, please HELP

For this quest I would definitely not use Devil Slicer. Almost anything with a fire element would be better against Blangonga.

Carbalite ore at HR3 can be obtained form Pokke Farm, you just need to get to mining point plus 2 (i think it's HR4, i don't remember exactly)

to get Thunder Sacs, go hunt a Khezu (just watch out for its thunder jump)

and to kill a Kirin? good luck with that. to peirce it's skin, your weapon durability MUST be at White lvl. otherwise, your not going to peirce it. Death Stench armor helps, thanks to a good skill called ESP (will help peirce ANYTHING) if swords are a no go, go with a hammer.

Hard Monster Bone is commonly found by killing G-Ranked Diamo Hermitaur and Gravios. Monster Broth is found the exact same way as Monster Fluid, just in G-Ranked quests.

i am stuck on hr5 quest 2 roars in the snow. i can attack 1 at a time easily but both blangongas jump to the same area at the same time, any advice?

1. hard monster bone is not only dropped by diamyo hermitaur and gravios in g rank but in highrank almost all monsters too and monster broth in hr6 guild highrank vespoid queen

Yeah, I used to call high guild quests "G-rank" before Unite came out. That's an error on my part.

Yeah, in MHFU and MHP 2ndG there are quests that are tougher than "High Rank", those are G-Rank. In MHF2, I used to call the toughest quests (back then High Rank were the toughest) G-rank.

HR 4 gathering hall 6 star quests. They are most commonly found by mining in the volcano zone.

"Gathering Hall High Ranked Quests"? Thats new to me. Truth be told I usually call them: offline, regular, or plus quests (old habit from MH1) but since everyone I know calls them "G-Ranked" I just decided to save them the confusion.

In the pokke farm, Light crystals can be obtained from Mining spot +1/+2 and from sending Trenya to the swamp for 300 or 500 points.

You can also get Light crystals from mining in the swamp zone and killing Gycerous.

Of course its G-Ranked, there is no dual blangonga Pre-7*, I appeared in area 8 right off the bat, and it said supplies were delivered at 6:37 which doesn't happen in a normal quest. But I think there has been enough attacking as is, that is why I let it pass.

Yeah, he's a bit challenging at first. Try bringing traps and time your attacks to catch him in the side back legs. This will trip him and is a relatively safe spot.

If worst comes to worst, since you have a brother, have him crawl to safe place and use a horn to continuously draw the Blangonga away from you, giving you lots of free hits.
