This is the very best exposition of the subject of meditation that I've ever heard, bar none! Unbelievable!! Not the 'Maharishi' junk we got in the sixties, but the real-meal-deal on meditation: that you must completely quiet the mind and body and simply observe. That is the entire sum of the purpose. Fantastic....
