Schavione said it as Nitro went to commercial, so of course people changed the channel, just as they did every other Monday night during that era. Foley has even admitted the after RAW went off the air, everyone switched back to Nitro. Stop spinning this stupid story, Mick.

Also, why do people hate WCW for the Finger Poke of Doom, but love WWE for the Michaels/Helmsley European title switch?

With Hunter and Shawn and the European title, it was intended as a farce, acted out as a farce, and even when it was over was still a farce.
