I listened to these guys and Incubus for five hours straight on a bad trip, I remember listening to this song specifically and feeling my body pulsate all over, my hot blood flow through my veins, my heart about to jump out of my chest. It really helped bring me back down and kept me in the real world.

I wish more people would respect instrumental music. A lot of people think it's boring cause there's no words, but i think music like this can say more than words.

Yes, the experience varies from person to person. Gaurunteed each is excellent. I have a bro who said he pictures driving in the ocean at night, then during the guitar riffs, a shark finding himself in his way...this band rocks.

@vivtin I wouldn't say that instrumentals can say more than songs with lyrics. I just think it's a different kind of words, one more open to intepretation. The people of today have no imagination, they can't interepret songs like this, so they don't enjoy them...

@vivtin Definitely! There's some incredible bands out there that don't use any lyrics in their songs. It's just too bad that they'll never get the attention they deserve due to the reason you just stated. :[

I love this song. It really does remind me of a dive at night, and running into danger in the middle (the harder guitar), and then out again.

That's what I like about it. It tells a story with two words, something most musicians can't do with an Album's worth of titles and lyrics. That's why I like Thrice; they know how to make music and make it interesting.
