Alice in Chains, Nirvana (fka Fecal Matter, etc), The Melvins (who Kurt admired), Mudhoney, and so many more kick ass bands. Despite his 'anti-anti' sentiments towards label, corporate rock, etc this much rings true. Their best album was In Utero. Kurt said Nevermind was too polished. Bootlegs! :)
