how do u add the picture in ur blog just wondering? when i tried it told me that you have to make the pic small but i dont kno how to do that? can u plz help me begging u.

i usually use photoshop to crop my photos but you can do it in paint too.  just open the photo and click on ctrl+W. it will open a small window and you can adjust the size by half by typing in 50% and 50% for the top two sections. hope that helped?

they sell them at any beauty supply place...they even sell them at dollar stores...that's where i have gotten mine and they actually work pretty good

I actually have a HUGE problem with biting my nails. The only way I can stop biting is to continue to make my nails looks nice. My nails are very thin and break easily as well. I just try to take a Viactiv calcium chew once a day. It really helps!
