I really don't know why people feel a need to have to choose either the British Office or the American Office. People think they have to totally praise one and totally trash the other one. They are both great shows. It's not a competition. The humor may be a little different, because the audiences are different, but the American Office, for example, still has a lot of the subtle and awkward humor that is seen in the British version. So much negativity is not needed. Both shows rule!!
