How do you adjust the pots?

do you use only bridge pickup in this video?

In my bass the neck picup sounds MUCH more loud than the bridge, I think this is a problem of the pickup because I adjust the height of it and the problem is still there :S

@miguelitowoot Thanks buddy,i just use in this video ,neck pickup and the controls are totally flat,i dont have any trouble with neck pickups and the most part of time i just use neck pickup!
