I heard this song for the very first time last night at work; I had uploaded it on my mp3 player the day before, and I played it over and over again as I worked. A few times I had to pull the brim of my baseball cap down to my eyes to hide the tears. I felt so overwhelmingly loved by God that it broke my heart for my often too casual acceptance of the Cross and the Supreme Sacrifice of our Sovereign Savior! I asked the LORD to kill anything in me that refuses to freely surrender to His will.

The reason why Chris didn't sing this song is because this song is not good to praise God. If he were to sing this, then it would be a performance. Chris wanted us to praise God though our hearts, not through performance. Um.. heh heh that is my opinion I believe.
