Each truck and driver experience different economy gains. If you're running in the Level 1 60 Horsepower / 100 Foot Pounds Torque setting you may see no economy gain, you may see 2 mpg better. Just depends on your particular truck, loads and driving habits.

It's a programmer that plugs into the diagnostic port under your steering column. Once your vehicle and the Evolution recognize each other, you pick your horsepower setting, unplug the unit and go about your business. It's pretty simple.

i am getting a 95 powerstroke and am looking at getting a chip for it the edge evolution 15000 how easy is it to install you plug it in program the truck and unplug it or do you leave it plugged up can you just tell me a little more about it

is this just a plug and go or do you have to drill in the exhaust manifold like the juice? i just want a programmer you dont have to drill

this is all plug and go except the pyrometer. If you want to see EGT's you always have to drill and tap the exhaust manifold. It is optional though, you don't have to.

With any tuner it is important to monitor your EGT's. Many monitors will do this automatically for you. Excessive EGT's will cause problems if not monitored.

It all depends on how you drive, if you beat on the truck repeatedly, it will, but it will do that on a stock truck if you drive like that too.
