Gotta also mention I completely fell in love with the tune they started 3:18 - its just genius! It's strange. At the first listenning i was like "What the fuck is this crap?", in the second listen I was "This is not that bad at all, and at the third listenning "This is fuckin awesome!"

Funny enough it's the heavy parts of this band that I don't like. Some of the other stuff is great, but the heavy death metal bits are just a little too cookie cutter for me. They should try to be as inventive when they do their metal bits as when they do the freaky jazzy bits.

This band RULED! There is nothing like them. Too bad they disbanded and morphed in Driver's crap band Kayo Dot. There still isn't anything that comes close to BATH & LEAVING YOUR BODY MAP. They were the progressive band of the new century until Driver decided to move into his doom laden noise project Kayo Dot which is pure shit.

Kayo Dot's new album might be shit, but "Choirs of the Eye" definitely isn't. It might take a few more listens then MOTW stuff, but after that it is pure epicness.

Choir of The Eyes was supposed to be MOTW's new album for Dark Symphonies until they went their separate ways, and Driver decided to rename his band Kayo Dot. So, I agree, that Choir of The Eyes is the best release Kayo Dot ever put out or will put out, but it still was shit compared to the timeless brilliance that was MOTW.

I've listened this song after The Blue Ghost and I was like "WTF??? This is Death Metal! Wasn't this band post-metal???" This sounds like a cross between Opeth, Death, Carcass, Neurosis and avant-garde jazz-fusion! And,God only knows why,this reminds me a bit of Gojira!I can safely say that this is one of the best song ever made just by listening to the second half,that is a unbelievable jazz-death metal riff-fest!Also, though being so progressive and avant-garde, this song is quite cohesive!
