if you mean the second encounter you have to kill everything else in the room with you and then Kendra will open up a door for you. You can contact beam him or stasis him to slow him down while you kill the rest.

you shouldve used the line gun take out its legs than use plasma cutter to shoot of arms... it works

Actually, just aim the line gun at the arms if you're going to use it at all. Aim/time it properly and you hit both.

The babies are easily stompable if you use stasis. ~10 rifle shots work better than the plasma cutter if you're in a hurry, because you're less likely to miss and the rifle isn't as useful for larger enemies.
