whoa, now that things have simmered down.. does everybody still want to have these guys prosecuted?? doesn't something about the phrase "FREE SPEECH" make you want to smile a little bit and lighten up.. maybe be thankful that these guys entertained you with something better than the daily crap fed over every other network.. perhaps these guys may have damaged some legit scientific groups/work; but think about how many youth and young adults may now be inspired to pursue cryptozoology after this.

Their crooks...Steve Kull helped cover for his friend, crook Biscardi. Each trying to find a scapegoat...Tell it to the federal magistrate hearing the case...

You don't have any idea what you are talking about. There are many scientists, in various disciplines, studying this subject. Why? Because they have actually bothered to look at the real evidence, and it's pretty convincing. Hoaxers have always existed, But they always get MORE attention than the quiet forensic work, and scientific analysis of physical evidence being done on this subject.

What evidence?? There IS no evidence! If there were ACTUAL evidence, then there would be no question. There was evidence with giant squid. There was evidence with Coelocanth. There is NO EVIDENCE with bigfoot. You think foot prints and hair is evidence? Hair that could easily have been planted or fabricated? Do your research, I'm not doing it for you. Just because you don't know about something doesn't mean it doesnt exist. I've read what legitimate scientists said...about the computer analysis of vocalizations....no match to known animals,  hair samples( characteristics of human & ape) the DNA (human with one variation) and the dermal ridges from plaster casts....neither human or ape. Not fakeable stuff. These aren't backyard researchers, they're EXPERTS in their respective field.

There isn't room to mention everything that we know. Jim Chilcutt is an expert in his field, the only expert in the world on human and ape fingerprints and dermal ridges. He didn't believe, but after careful study he is convinced. "There is an unknown species of ape in North America, I'd stake my reputation on it." His own words. He does forensic work for FBI and Police departments. He is just ONE of several experts that have changed their minds about Bigfoot because he LOOKED.

I think Kulls and Biscardi are just as guilty as the two rednecks. I would love to see that cop go to jail..I am sure plenty of guys in there would treat him real nice..because they really love cops. That is exactly what everyone gets for giving credibility to someone based on them being a cop,lawyer,doctor or some other "respected" field. No,respect has nothing to do with job,wealth,education etc. it has to do with the individual person..period. I hope all four of these men pay for this fraud.
